Course Description More Details
This course is the first in a series of an approved sequence of courses that provides endorsement certification for Culinary Arts Education. Candidates must earn and document 120 hours of industry experience consisting of 40 hours completed in front of the house service and 80 hours in back of the house service. This course will be taken simultaneously with Courses 2 and 3 in the Culinary Arts Endorsement sequence.
