This course, which is REQUIRED for initial certification, is an online course with that will provide an understanding and knowledge of the major legislation and litigation concerning the education of students with disabilities, including due process procedures, categories of eligibility and accommodations and modifications for students with disabilities.

Audience: Educators - Teachers needing to meet the HB 671 requirement

Class Time: Independent Study - Based on Assignment Due Dates. Once your registration is approved at all levels, the instructor will contact you via email with instructions on how to access your assignments, course agenda, etc prior to the first day of class.
