Schools work best when the people in them work collaboratively. It seems simple, but... have you ever struggled to get adults to work as a team? In this interactive workshop, Dr. Mark Wilson will facilitate your exploration of teams, working with adults, and bringing people together behind a common goal. Specifically, we’ll examine the nature of your administrative team, your school leadership team, and what you should be gaining from their existence. Nearly every school has a leadership team, but not all of them are effective. The teams you lead create a model for the other teams within your school, so how they operate demonstrates your expectation across the school. Level up your school by leveling up your teams and their collaboration.
