Without an efficient wellness routine, their jobs can result in prolonged stress. Please come and join award-winning educator and best selling author, Dr. Tina Boogren, from Solution Tree, as she provides a framework and tools to guide and support us in continuously sustaining personal and collective wellness plans. You will learn about the 4 dimensions of educator wellness, and come to understand how mental, emotional, and social wellness link and depend on physical wellness.
