In this valuable session from GLISI, learners will describe the practices of effective leaders who develop a culture of continuous improvement and discuss the importance of leadership vision in personal and professional practice. Leaders will also examine the relationship between their leadership vision and leading instructional improvement. Specific behaviors that support the implementation of effective instructional practices will be examined, as well as the components and steps of giving respectful, focused and honest instructional feedback. Participants must preregister.
